You’ve been given a key for the main entrance to the building and a key card for your apartment.

Free Wi-Fi
The apartment has free Wi-Fi.
The Wi-Fi password is on the table next to the router.

Air-conditioning
The thermostat for the air conditioning is located on the wall (on/off switch).

Summer mode: Press “master control” until COLD appears on screen.

Winter mode: Press “master control” until HEAT appears on screen.
The speed is controlled by the “FAN MODE” button.

IMPORTANT:
Please do not set your thermostat lower than 22ºC. Ensure all the windows are closed when the air conditioning is on.

Please turn off the air conditioning whenever you leave the apartment. The system only takes 5 minutes to cool or heat the apartment.

Safety deposit box
Each apartment has a safety deposit box, insured up to a maximum of € 1500, which is located in the wardrobe. If you wish to rent the key please contact Reception.
The hotel cannot be held responsible for the loss of articles or valuables which have not been kept in the safety deposit box.

Electric hob
The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, tea pot and coffee maker. There is an induction hob. Use the control panel to select the required temperature.
To use the oven or dishwasher select the required function or programme and press the ON button.

Please take care when using electrical appliances.

Television
The building is connected to a selection of national and international channels. Nevertheless, in certain weather conditions viewing may be interrupted.
The number order of the channels may be modified for technical or service reasons.

You’ll find the user manual next to the television.

Cleaning service
The apartments are cleaned once a week.
Should you have any special requirements (extra pillows, blankets etc) please contact Reception.

If you wish to make use of this service, please ask at reception.

Item available in your bathroom.

Laundry area
Washing machine instructions:
Select the required programme and press the “START” button.
There is also an iron and ironing board in this area of your apartment.

Municipal noise regulations issued by Pollença Town Council prohibit exceeding 65DB after midnight.

Check out
Please inform reception of your check out time.

Please note that you must vacate your apartment before 10am on the day of your departure.

Your credit at the bar and restaurant will end at 5pm on the day before your departure.The ECOTAX is not included in the price of your stay and you are therefore asked to pay it on arrival.
