You have been given a keycard that you can use to access the building’s main entrance and your apartment.

There is free Wi-Fi throughout the complex.

220v electricity
The room’s electricity works by inserting your key card in the slot behind the entrance door to your apartment.

Air-conditioning
The thermostatically operated temperature control switch is located on the wall. Only press the on / off button. It has a thermostat. The air-conditioning automatically switches off when the balcony door is opened.

Safety deposit box
Each apartment has a safety deposit box, insured up to a maximum of € 1500, which is located in the wardrobe. If you wish to rent the key please contact Reception.
The hotel cannot be held responsible for the loss of articles or valuables which have not been kept in the safety deposit box.

Electric hob
Hob with electric rings at different temperatures. You can select the appropriate temperature with the dial.
Please take care when using electrical appliances.

Television
The building is connected to a selection of national and international channels. Nevertheless, in certain weather conditions viewing may be interrupted.
The number order of the channels may be modified for technical or service reasons.

Telephone
Available in your apartment. Refer to the conditions of use in this manual.

Cleaning service
Rooms are cleaned between 9am to 3pm every day except Wednesdays and Sundays.
Should you have any special requirements (extra pillows, blankets etc) please contact Reception.

Cot service
If you wish to make use of this service, please ask at reception.

Item available in your bathroom.

Iron and ironing board
If you wish to use these there is an iron and ironing board on the second floor of the building.

Please inform reception of your check out time.
Please note that you must vacate your apartment before 10am on the day of your departure.
Your credit at the bar and restaurant will end at 5pm on the day before your departure.
The price of your stay does not include local taxes or other taxes for the accommodation which, where applicable, must be paid on departure.
